TRADE TERMS

Ex-Works (EXW)

Goods available at source in Nigeria, buyer arranges and pays all freight, insurance and onward delivery. Recommended for established international buyers.

FOB Lagos

Vendara delivers goods to Lagos port, buyer pays sea freight, insurance and UK import from that point. Standard for most new trade relationships.

Payment Terms

50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance before goods are dispatched. Wire transfer or bank transfer accepted.

Currency

GBP (£) primary, USD pricing available on request for international buyers outside the UK.

  • Yes, we offer complimentary samples to qualified trade buyers. Complete the form above. We assess all sample requests within 1 business day and ship approved UK samples within 5 working days.

  • All shea butter and palm oil orders include: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), allergen declaration and batch traceability documentation. Additional documentation such as INCI listings and cosmetic grade conformity certificates are available on request.

  • Yes, once a trade relationship is established, we manage stock rotation and supply scheduling to ensure your monthly requirements are met consistently. Reliability is a core commitment of Vendara Global.

  • Yes, we supply to EU, USA, Canada and international buyers. Please complete the enquiry form and specify your location and we will provide relevant trade terms and shipping options for your region.

  • Minimum commercial orders start at 25kg for shea butter and palm oil, and 50 yards for fabrics. Smaller sample orders are available, contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • We provide Certificate of Analysis for all natural ingredients from accredited Nigerian laboratories. We are currently working towards Fairtrade and RSPO certification, contact us for current certification status and anticipated timelines.

  • Once goods are ready in Nigeria, standard sea freight transit is 3–4 weeks to UK port, plus 1–5 days customs clearance, plus 12 days local delivery to Glasgow, plus 1–5 days to you. Total typical lead time: 5–8 weeks for first commercial orders. We keep UK stock for faster repeat orders.
