As Founder and Managing Director, Oluwatoyin leads the company's strategic direction, sourcing relationships, commercial development and international growth. Her approach is founded on quality, integrity, transparency, responsible sourcing and long-term partnerships.
Her ambition is to establish Vendara Global as a trusted international sourcing and trade company, representing premium African products with the quality, professionalism and distinction they deserve.
Born and raised in Nigeria and based in Scotland, Oluwatoyin Funmilayo Adeniji is the Founder and Managing Director of Vendara Global Ltd, a UK-based sourcing and trade company connecting carefully selected African products with businesses in international markets.
With an academic and professional foundation spanning accounting, business administration and international business management, Oluwatoyin brings commercial discipline and a global perspective to Vendara Global. Her MSc in International Business Management further strengthens her expertise in global markets, trade and sustainable business growth.
Her connection to the products Vendara represents is deeply rooted in her Nigerian heritage. Growing up in Nigeria gave her first-hand appreciation of the natural resources, entrepreneurial traditions and craftsmanship behind shea butter, African black soap, red palm oil and distinctive African textiles.

We work with carefully selected producers, processors and artisan partners, beginning in Nigeria, to source products that reflect the quality, authenticity and heritage we want the Vendara name to represent.
Our approach is guided by quality, transparency, responsible sourcing and long-term partnership. We seek to understand the origin of the products we supply, maintain appropriate product and batch information, and work with our supply partners to support the documentation requirements of our commercial customers.
We believe successful international trade should create lasting value throughout the supply chain from producers and communities at origin to the manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, designers and businesses we serve.
